Returns & Exchanges


At Shop to Give, we know your shopping experience starts from your purchase and does not complete until you have received the item in your hands. Keeping this in mind we want to make your shipping and return process as seamless and simple as possible.


Shipping:
The more you spend the more you save! Spend $99 or more and get FREE shipping on all US domestic orders. Domestic shipments less than $99 are still affordable:


Domestic Standard Shipment $6.50
Domestic Delivery Time 5-7 business days
We also offer shipping Internationally:
USPS International Shipping $20
International Delivery Time 10-15 business days


*Please note that we are not responsible for international duties, fees and charges and cannot advise and specific information regarding customs related fees that you may personally receive in your native country. For these details it is suggested that you consult directly with your local import office.

Returns:
At Shop to give we work hard to make sure that every piece we produce is made perfectly for our customers. Sometimes you receive a product and it's not exactly the look you expected or maybe it fits a little big or small (maybe you lost some weight without realizing!). We understand that this will happen from time to time, so in order to make your shopping experience easy and convenient we offer returns within 15 days of the original shipping date. Send us the item(s) new/unused and in the original packaging and we will happily issue a store credit.  We do not provide return labels at this time.  There is a 20% restocking fee to protect the donation that was made on our behalf. Since we aim to please and want our customers to have the best experience your feedback on your returns is highly appreciated (though not required).

Refund and Replacement Requests:
We love our customers and wish to provide the best possible experience. Since we work hard to offer this service it is important that our customers return the favor. In the off chance that we find a customer consistently returns or replaces items (through our electronic monitoring) we do reserve the right to suspend a customer account or refuse that customer from future purchases as necessary. This monitoring is only necessary when extreme cases are found and is in place to allow the positive experience for all customers to continue. SHop to Givealso reserves the right to deny an exchange or return in the event that the item is not returned within the specified parameters of the return policy and charge a restocking fee of $15 per item when this may occur. In order to keep our policies fair for all we have found that this offers the best possible experience for all our customers.
